(第一篇) 免費申請Google Apps電子郵件教學
講到免費郵件，相信大家會使用Yahoo、Gmail和Hotmail這些免費電子郵件，只要簡單地在申請時填寫個人資料就可以得到一個包含它們域名的電子郵件。有一些十人以下的小型公司不想使用這些免費電子郵件，原因是想自己公司擁有公司域名的電子郵件來提升公司形象，又不想付出太多資金，有什麼方法可以兩者兼得呢？答案就是使用Google推出的Google Apps，它有一個支援十個使用者的免費版本，亦都可以將自己公司域名指向Google Apps來使用！公司只要申請一個一年大約200港元的.com.h域名就可以開始使用。
Google Apps免費版本功能十分之吸引，它們分別是：Gmail、Google 文件、Google 日曆和Google 協作平台！每位使用者的Gmail容量是7GB和支援POP3/IMAP，Google 文件支援分享功能和即時修改功能，Google 日曆支援分享功能和Google 協作平台支援編輯權限等等，Google Apps還可以支援智能手機，行到邊check到邊！
