Google Music 正式推出、暫不支援香港用戶
前天網絡上有傳聞指 Google Music Store 將會在美國時間 16 日正式上線，今天這個傳聞真的實現了，是關 Google Music 已經正式針對美國用戶推出；與以往一樣，新推出的產品似乎暫時沒有打算支援香港用戶。其實這服務早在今年的三月份便進行了內部測試，到五月份已經接受特定用戶進行測試，一直到今天。
而新推出的 Google Music 除了提供音樂供用戶線上收聽之外，更可讓用戶即時在線上購買音樂，並支援 Android、PC 及 iOS，有點 Amazon 的味道。(暫時沒有 Warner 的音樂) 現時當用戶購買了音樂之後，更可以透過 Google+ 將音樂分享給你的朋友收聽。
這平台正式推出後，Google 將會是 Amazon 及 Apple 的直接競爭對手。但 Apple 及 Amazon 老早便已經涉足這個行業，而且亦擁有大量用戶群，所以 Google 今次新推出的產品未必能夠像以往推出的產品一樣佔盡優勢。現時 Google Music Store 已經擁有 800 萬首歌曲可供用戶購買，而根據消息指在下個月將會增加至 1300 萬首。官方指用戶平均會花兩個半小時在 Google Music Store 之中收聽音樂，而這個平台更可以讓用戶儲存兩萬首歌曲。
